This website provides information about Stars for Life childcare, programs and locations and helps families enquire about care, express waitlist interest and arrange tours. SG CHILDCARE CENTRE LTD. administers website enquiries centrally.

These terms concern use of the website. Enrolment and childcare services are governed by separate agreements with the legal entity operating the relevant centre. The enrolment agreement identifies that entity.

Please use the website lawfully and provide accurate information that you are authorized to share. Do not impersonate another person, submit malicious content, attempt to access private staff systems without authorization or interfere with the website's operation.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal information. Using the website does not, by itself, constitute consent to promotional communications or optional analytics.

Submitting an enquiry, expressing waitlist interest, joining a waitlist or booking a tour does not reserve a childcare place or confirm enrolment. Waitlist registration does not guarantee availability, timing or priority.

A tour is confirmed only when you receive an actual booking confirmation from our booking service or team. If no tour times are available, requesting a notification does not create a booking. Indicating that you are flexible about locations does not assign you to a centre or reserve a place.

Availability depends on the centre, your child's age at the proposed start date and the schedule you need, and may change. Planned opening dates are estimates. Any new centre or program requiring licences or approvals will open only after those requirements have been met.

We provide the tuition and applicable charges and inclusions relevant to your family before you agree to enrol. Enrolment, payment and cancellation conditions are set out in the centre's separate enrolment agreement. These website terms do not create a deposit requirement, cancellation charge or entitlement to a childcare place.

Descriptions of programs and activities explain our approach and offerings. They do not guarantee a particular developmental or educational outcome for a child.

Website content is owned by Stars for Life or used with permission. Third-party materials remain subject to their respective rights and licences. You may use the website for personal information and enquiries. Please obtain permission before reproducing Stars branding, photographs or other materials beyond uses permitted by law or an applicable licence.

External websites and services have their own terms and privacy policies. A link does not mean that Stars controls their content or operation. Our responsibilities for personal information handled on our behalf are described in our Privacy Policy.

We take reasonable steps to keep website information accurate, but errors, changes and interruptions can occur. Please contact our team to confirm current availability, opening plans or tuition relevant to your enquiry, or to report an error.

We may update these terms and will show the revised date. Updates to these website terms do not amend a separate enrolment agreement or change privacy consent already given.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits rights, remedies or responsibilities that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia and the applicable federal laws of Canada.
