When you make an enquiry, we collect the information needed to respond and assess your childcare needs. Depending on your request, this includes:

  • Your name, email address and phone number.
  • Your preferred centre, intended start date, required schedule and the number of children needing care.
  • Each child's first name, to personalize your visit, and date of birth or expected due date, to assess age suitability and timing.
  • Optional information, such as your postal code, how you heard about us and a short note.
  • Your communications with us, tour details and any consent or communication preferences you provide.

We use these details to respond to your enquiry, assess age and schedule fit, provide tuition information, arrange and follow up on tours, and manage waitlist interest or availability notifications you request.

This website is intended for parents, guardians and other people authorized to enquire about childcare. It is not directed to children. If you provide a child's information, you must be the child's parent or guardian, or have authority to consent to its collection, use and disclosure for the enquiry.

Please do not include medical records, identification documents or other sensitive information in the general notes field. Contact our team if you need to discuss additional support so we can explain what information is needed and how to provide it.

We explain the purposes for collecting information before or when we collect it and obtain consent in a manner appropriate to the information and circumstances, unless the law permits or requires otherwise.

We use your contact details to respond to your request and communicate about tours, waitlist interest or availability notifications you have requested. Providing contact details for an enquiry does not sign you up for general promotional messages.

Where we offer promotional emails or text messages, you can choose to receive them through the optional marketing consent. The sign-up identifies the sender and the messages you are agreeing to receive. This choice is optional and does not affect your ability to enquire about childcare. You can unsubscribe using the instructions in a promotional message or by contacting us. We process marketing unsubscribe requests without delay and no later than 10 business days after receiving them.

Authorized staff receive the information they need to handle your request. We share relevant enquiry information with the legal entity operating your selected centre, or another centre to which you agree to be referred. We identify that operator before sharing your enquiry with it. If you have not selected a centre, we handle your enquiry centrally while discussing suitable options with you.
